Refund Policy
1. We only accept returns due to the two issues below: -
a) The product you receive is not the same as the product you purchased from our website.
b) There is damage to the product (e.g., torn, perforated, detached caused by our negligence). Make sure you record a video and take a picture before opening the package you receive.

3. Please include the information below to make it easier for us to process your application: -
a) Order number and purchase receipt
b) Videos and photos as you open the packaging. This is to ensure that the product is damaged when you receive it.

5. We will inspect the returned product and if the error is caused by us, we will offer: -
a) Exchange the wrong product with the right product
